Call the Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife and ask them to withdraw the permits that would allow Nestlé to bottle and sell our public Mt. Hood water from Oxbow Spring!

“I am calling to voice my concerns about ODFW’s involvement with permits that would allow Nestlé to access public water
resources at Oxbow Spring. I oppose a Nestlé bottling plant in the scenic Columbia River Gorge and believe our public water
resources are too vital to place in the hands of a company with a poor track record like Nestlé. Please withdraw water transfer
permits T-11109, T-11108 and T-11249. By continuing to pursue these water permits on Nestlé’s behalf, you are allowing an
irresponsible use of public water to move forward.
Please do the right thing. Stop the Nestlé water transfer permits.”

Then take action by contacting your legislator to say NO to Nestle in the scenic Columbia River Gorge!
